Tara demonstrates unwavering optimism and has a clear vision for your personal growth and development. What motivates her is providing alternate ways for people to achieve success in health, wellness, and career aspirations—especially when they’ve tried other methods and been unsuccessful.
With over 28 years of experience in the corporate world, including 16 years in Learning and Development, she excels as a technical and behavioural facilitator, designer, coach, mentor, and Learning Manager. Tara is an Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an IECL Level I Executive Coaching certification, and is a certified Scrum Master.
Her journey toward holistic healing began with a chronic back injury and a high-stress job, prompting her to explore the deeper connections between pain and emotional well-being. Seeking guidance from a coach, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of the mind-body connection and learned how stress directly influenced her pain levels.
Witnessing the toll of high-stress professional environments, where burnout and illness are all too common, inspired Tara to become an Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiologist.

Kinesiology uses non-evasive techniques to maintain health in the physical body, emotional self and spiritual aspect of your life. Tara does this by using Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) to disrupt existing thought patterns, generating new insights, and embedding new behaviours.
Stress, trauma and pain from life can cause imbalances and often appear as physical symptoms and emotional stresses which inhibit your body’s natural ability to heal and grow.
Using EMK and muscle reflex testing to identify the root cause of stress and imbalances, Tara creates the ideal conditions for your body and mind to return to equilibrium.

Muscle reflex testing is a diagnostic tool that utilises the body’s nervous system to identify imbalances in the body, mind, and human energy. The nervous system constantly activates and deactivates muscles. It is sensory in nature and continually scans for information.
At its simplest, muscle reflex testing involves applying gentle pressure to a specific point on a muscle while mentally connecting to a physical or emotional stressor. Observations are then made regarding how effectively the nervous system controls the function or strength of that muscle. This provides instant feedback about the impact of the stressor.
